Fraud Operations Analyst - Beauty eCommerce

Location: Pompano Beach, Florida (On-site)

Type: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

You’ll learn how to review orders and transactions, work fraud queues, investigate chargebacks, and turn what you find into insights that reduce risk.

What You’ll Do

• Review orders and transactions for signs of suspicious activity
• Investigate fraud alerts and manage assigned review queues
• Research chargebacks and payment disputes, gather evidence, and prepare responses
• Spot patterns in fraud activity, disputes, and order behavior
• Use fraud, payment, and order management platforms to research cases and document findings
• Work with other teams to resolve fraud-related questions and escalations
• Recommend improvements to our fraud review processes

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Recent grad or early-career candidate in Criminal Justice, Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Curious, investigative mindset - you like figuring out what really happened
• Sharp attention to detail and sound judgment
• Clear writer who documents accurately
• Organized and able to juggle multiple priorities and time-sensitive deadlines
• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets = bonus points

⏰ Hours & Pay

• Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Based at our Pompano Beach office
• $50,000 per year
