Position: Part-Time / Seasonal
Schedule: Friday–Sunday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $16–$18 per hour, depending on experience

RedStone Ranch is looking for a hardworking, dependable, and energetic individual to join our team as a Seasonal Ranch Hand & Parking Attendant .

This is a hands-on position that combines general ranch maintenance, animal care support, and assisting with parking during our busy weekends and special events.

Job Responsibilities

Ranch & Animal Care Support

• Assist with cleaning and maintaining animal pens and enclosures.

• Clean, refill, and maintain water buckets and troughs.

• Help keep the Ranch clean, organized, and welcoming for guests.

• Assist with general ranch upkeep and other duties as assigned.

Guest Area & Restroom Maintenance

• Clean and maintain guest restrooms throughout the day.

• Restock toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and other supplies.

• Keep common areas clean and presentable for visitors.

Weekend Parking Attendant

• Direct vehicles into designated parking areas and help maximize available parking spaces.

• Assist guests with parking and provide friendly directions.

• Help maintain safe and organized traffic flow during busy weekends and events.

• Parking duties typically begin around 9:30 AM and may continue until 3:00 PM , depending on guest traffic and how busy the Ranch is.

What We're Looking For

• Dependable, punctual, and hardworking.

• Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather.

• Able to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and cleaning.

• Comfortable working around farm animals.

• Friendly and professional when interacting with guests.

• Able to follow directions, work independently, and assist wherever needed.

• Previous ranch, farm, maintenance, landscaping, or parking experience is a plus, but not required.

Applicants must be available to work all three scheduled days, including weekends.
