In this role, you’ll combine design expertise, innovation, and collaboration to bring residential landscapes to life. What You'll Do Create innovative and functional landscape designs for clientele Develop conceptual plans, layouts, planting plans, and hardscape designs Bring Designs to Life Produce detailed design drawings, renderings, and 3D imagery (as applicable) Work closely with internal teams to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with project goals Support project handoff to construction teams when designs move into implementation Stay Inspired Keep up with landscape design trends, materials, and sustainable practices Bring fresh ideas that enhance outdoor living and elevate the client’s experience What You Bring Experience in landscape design, landscape architecture, or related field Strong ability to translate client ideas into creative, buildable designs Experience working in a team environment, collaborating for a common goal Proficiency in design tools - AutoCAD is a must Knowledge of plant materials, irrigation concepts, and hardscape design preferred Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Bonus Points Degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, Horticulture, or related field Experience with 3D renderings or visual design presentations Knowledge of Arizona plant palettes and climate considerations What's In It For You Annualized Base Salary: Starting at $50,000 - $55,000 based on experience Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) and Life Insurance 9 Company Paid Holidays Why Join Gothic Landscape?
