We believe outstanding legal services and a supportive environment for our attorneys go hand in hand. Our firm operates with a growth mindset, high standards, and mutual respect. Attorneys are trusted with meaningful responsibility, supported by their colleagues, and encouraged to grow as advocates, professionals, and contributors to the firm’s long-term success.

\n

• Conduct and defend depositions

\n

• Develop case strategy and advocate assertively for clients

\n

• Build and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development efforts

\n

• Collaborate with colleagues in a respectful, team-oriented environment

\n

Travel within North Carolina will be required for court appearances, depositions, meetings, and site visits. Volume of travel depends on the caseload.

\n

\n

What We’re Looking For

\n

• Active North Carolina law license

\n

• At least 3 years of civil litigation experience

\n

• Strong courtroom presence and oral advocacy skills

\n

\n

\n

What Success Looks Like in This Role

\n

• You manage your cases efficiently and independently

\n

• Your written work and advocacy reflect high professional standards

\n

• Clients trust you and feel well-represented

\n

• You actively contribute to the growth of the firm through client development and relationship building

\n

• You contribute positively to firm culture and collaborate effectively

\n

• You grow as a litigator while maintaining balance and sustainability

\n

\n

Compensation & Benefits

\n

• Salary range: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 plus bonuses, negotiable based on experience and book of business

\n

• Opportunities for additional compensation tied to originations and business generation

\n

• Medical and dental insurance

\n

• Paid CLEs and licensing fees

\n

• Generous vacation and paid time off

\n
